旋转训练器旋转角度自适应调整方法研究

摘要 旋转训练器未实时根据训练人员的身体素质和条件,自适应调整旋转角度,导致阻力曲线有时无法满足人体发力曲线要求,提出一种旋转训练器旋转角度自适应调整方法。分析旋转训练器的结构,设计训练器元件。通过动力学原理分析人体运动特征,构建旋转器的动力表达式,定义旋转角度的最佳取值范围,采用补偿因子,优化角度自适应调整方法,实现旋转角度自适应调整。实验结果表明,旋转角度自适应调整方法的结构摩擦系数值仅为0.28,在6s后动能达到平稳状态,训练过程中力和力矩的变化也较为平滑,因此,该方法降低了摩擦力,可以快速达到稳定状态,其具备可行性和有效性。 The rotation Angle of the rotary trainer is not adjusted adaptively according to the physical quality and condition of the trainer in real time,so that the resistance curve can not meet the requirements of the human body force curve sometimes.The structure of rotary trainer is analyzed and its components are designed.By analyzing the motion characteristics of human body through the principle of dynamics,the dynamic expression of the rotator was constructed,and the optimal range of rotation Angle was defined.The adaptive adjustment of rotation Angle was realized by using the compensation factor and the adaptive adjustment method of Angle optimization.Experimental results show that the structure friction coefficient value of the rotation Angle adaptive adjustment method is only 0.28,kinetic energy reaches a stable state after 6s,and the change of force and torque during training is relatively smooth.Therefore,the method reduces the friction and can quickly reach a stable state,which is feasible and effective.
