柔性挤压成形砂型紧实度均匀化方法研究

Research on the Homogenization Method of Sand Mold Compactness in Flexible Extrusion

针对采用数字化柔性挤压成形工艺所制备铸造用砂型预制体的紧实度分布不均匀,从而影响其整体性能的问题,开展了柔性挤压成形砂型紧实度均匀化方法研究。首先通过工艺试验研究了砂箱内挤压头高度对砂型紧实度分布的影响。在此基础上,针对所开发的砂型数字化柔性挤压成形设备,进行了挤压砂型紧实度均匀化方法研究。通过改进砂型柔性挤压工艺过程,从而达到提高柔性挤压成形砂型成形质量的效果,可为铸造用砂型数字化无模铸造精密成形提供高质量近净成形砂型预制体。

Aiming at the uneven distribution of the compactness of the sand preforms for casting prepared by the digital flexible extrusion molding process,which affects its overall performance,this paper carried out a study on the uniformity of the compactness of the flexible extrusion molding sand mold.Firstly,the effect of the height of the extrusion head in the flask on the compactness distribution of the sand mold is studied through the process test.On this basis,for the developed sand mold digital flexible extrusion molding equipment,the method of uniformizing the compactness of the extrusion sand mold was studied.By improving the flexible extrusion process of sand molds,the effect of improving the forming quality of flexible extrusion molding sand molds can be achieved,and it can provide high-quality near-net-shaped sand mold preforms for digital dieless casting precision forming of sand molds.
