摘要
随着人们对电脑设备需求的不断增加,使得电脑制造企业开始向个性化定制转型。目前,电脑制造企业对于个性化定制尚有制造资源不足、信息化水平不高、经营管理落后等问题。为了提高电脑个性化定制水平以满足电脑用户的个性化需求,结合云制造技术,尝试将云制造应用在电脑设备制造领域中,提出电脑个性化定制云模式,并进行平台架构、工作流程设计以及平台的搭建,且利用定制产品质量模糊综合评价法验证电脑个性化定制平台的必要性。
With the increasing demand for computers in all aspects of users,computer manufacturing companies have begun to transform to personalized customization.At present,computer manufacturing companies still have problems such as insufficient manufacturing resources,low level of informatization and backward operation and management for personalized customization.In order to improve the level of customized production to meet the individual needs of users in all aspects,combined with cloud manufacturing concepts and technologies,try to apply cloud manufacturing in the field of computer equipment manufacturing,propose a computer manufacturing cloud model,and carry out platform architecture,workflow design and platform The establishment of the platform and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of personalized customized product quality have verified the necessity of the platform.
