电商扶贫视角下农村三级物流网络布局优化

Optimization on Rural Three-Level Logistics Network Layout Under the Perspective of E-Commerce Poverty Alleviation

为借力成熟的城市配送网络来优化电商扶贫下农村农产品物流流通网络,考虑农产品运输的易腐性,建立“仓储节点-农村县级配送中心-村镇需求点”三级网络布局优化模型;针对问题特性,设计遗传算法求解;以陕西省现有物流网络为对象,基于陕西省各市县乡镇的经济发展数据与各项指标、陕西省现有物流网络现状,论证得出了可直接利用的县级配送中心,以及需要新增的配送中心,最终实现借力成熟的城市配送网络来优化布局电商扶贫下农村三级物流网络。研究成果可为农村物流网络整体布局提供指导,实现农村电子商务的自流通能力,实现农村与城市物流体系的联动。

To improve the utility of e-commerce poverty alleviation,this paper focuses on how to optimize the rural logistics network by leveraging mature urban logistic network.Firstly,a network layout optimization model with"urban-county-town"three-level distribution nodes is established,in which,the perishability of agricultural products is considered in the process of transportation.Secondly,genetic algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model.Finally,we take the current logistics network of Shaanxi Province as the case study.Based on the economic development indexes and the current situation of logistics network,the research results,such as,the county-level distribution centers that can be directly used,the new distribution centers need to be added,are obtained.The network can provide guidance for the rural logistics network layout and develop the self-circulation ability of rural e-commerce,which finally link urban and rural logistics network.
