摘要
在汽车稳态转向性能开发过程中,工程师会关注一些稳态指标,如不足转向度,侧倾梯度,方向盘力矩等,但较少注意得到这些指标的试验方法和数据处理方法。阐述了对于测试汽车稳态转向特性不同试验方法的理解,对比了定半径、定车速以及定转角方法的效率与难度,以及侧向加速度不同获取方法的差异,不同设备测试侧倾角的差异,不同试验方法得到的不足转向度、侧倾梯度以及方向盘力矩的差异。建议在稳态转向性能开发时,利用相同的试验方法和数据处理方法对比不同汽车的性能。
During the development of steady-state cornering performance of the vehicle,engineers will pay attention to some steady-state indicators,such as understeer gradient,roll gradient,steering wheel torque,etc.,but pay less attention to what test methods and what data processing methods are used for obtaining these indicators.Expounds the understanding of different test methods of the steady-state cornering.Then compares the efficiency and difficulty of the fixed radius,fixed speed and fixed steer angle method.Compares the difference of different acquisition methods of lateral acceleration,and the difference of roll angle using different equipments.The difference between the understeer gradient,the roll gradient and the steering wheel torque obtained is compared.It is recommended to compare the performance of different vehicles using the same test method and data processing method.
