摘要
对加工完的工件或仿真后的工件模型进行过欠切检测是调整加工偏差的有效举措。本文提出了一种基于点云分治的数控加工局部过欠切检查方法,通过点云分治策略,缩小点面距离计算规模,提高了过欠切判断准确性;同时,以不同样式显示不同程度过欠切的点,可以直观地观察整个加工模型的过欠切情况,提高系统适用性。
It is an effective measure to adjust the processing deviation to detect the processed workpiece or the simulated workpiece model.This paper proposes a local over-cutting inspection method for CNC machining based on point cloud partition.Through the point cloud divide partition strategy,the calculation scale of point surface distance is reduced,and the accuracy of over-cutting judgment is improved.At the same time,the points with different degrees of over-cutting are displayed in different styles,which can intuitively observe the over-cutting situation of the whole processing model,and improve the applicability of the system.
