一种制丝加香的烟丝流量控制系统的设计

Design of a Cut Tobacco Flow Control System for Making Cut Tobacco and Adding Fragrance

为解决烟丝流量波动大、加香精度低、均匀性差等问题,本文基于PLC控制技术改进加香前的烟丝流量控制系统,从贮柜烟丝堆积形态着手,以贮柜底带行走长度划区域分层建模,结合批次总质量,控制贮柜底带运行速度和出料节点;根据烟丝输送线特点,在皮带输送机上聚集物料,配合电子秤计量管调速控制。测试铜仁卷烟厂生产的5个品牌卷烟待加香烟丝,结果表明,改进后的控制系统实现了加香前的烟丝流量自动调控,生产过程中的烟丝流量稳定,烟丝流量变异系数和加香精度显著提高。

In order to solve the problems such as large fluctuation of cut tobacco flow,low flavoring accuracy and poor uniformity,this paper improves the cut tobacco flow control system before flavoring based on PLC control technology.Starting from the form of cut tobacco stacking in the storage tank,this paper divides the area into hierarchical modeling based on the walking length of the storage tank bottom belt,and controls the running speed and discharge node of the storage tank bottom belt in combination with the total weight of the batch.According to the characteristics of the tobacco conveying line,materials are gathered on the belt conveyor and controlled by an electronic scale measuring tube speed regulation.The cut tobacco of five brands of cigarettes produced by Tongren Cigarette Factory to be flavored was tested.The results showed that the improved control system realized the automatic regulation of cut tobacco flow before flavoring,the cut tobacco flow was stable in the production process,and the variation coefficient of cut tobacco flow and flavoring accuracy were significantly improved.
