切除低压缸供热机组末级叶片水蚀的防治

摘要 针对供热机组低压缸进汽量减小,特别是在低压缸切除工况下末级叶片会严重水蚀,威胁汽轮机安全运行的问题,本文研究了低压缸切除后末级叶片的水蚀机理,通过采取有效的防治措施,可以最大限度地控制末级叶片水蚀,防止叶片损坏,保证机组深度供热的运行安全。 Aiming at the problem that the steam inlet flow of low pressure cylinder of the heating unit decreases,especially under the low-pressure cylinder excision condition,the last stage blade will be seriously eroded,threatening the safe operation of the turbine,this paper researches on the mechanism of the last stage blade after the removal of the low pressure cylinder,and by taking effective prevention and cure measures,it can maximize the control of water erosion of the last stage blade and prevent the damage of the blade,and ensure the safe operation of the deep heating unit.
