矿井工作面放煤工艺数值模拟及分析

摘要 针对某矿工作面煤炭出产率低、生产效率低、顶煤放出率低等问题,本文通过PFC系统建立数值模拟,分析不同放煤步距与采高下的回采率,最终选取单轮顺序上行放煤,放煤步距1.5m,采高4.0m作为施工方案。经现场测试后,随着工作面的推进和工人对设备掌握的水平逐渐提升,煤炭出产率在逐渐提高,工作面推进距离也在不断延长。 Aiming at the problems of low coal production rate,low production efficiency and low top coal extraction rate in a mine working face,numerical simulation was established by PFC system to analyze the recovery rate under dfferent drawing steps and mining heights.Finally,a single round was selected as the construction scheme,with drawing steps of 1.5 m and mining height of 4.0 m.After the field test,with the advance of the working face and the gradual improvement of the workers'mastery of the equipment,the coal production rate also gradually increased,and the advance distance of the monthly working face also increased.
