钛白废酸回用节能提浓新技术 被引量:1

摘要 硫酸法生产钛白废酸中,每生产一吨钛白粉会产生7~8吨废酸。废酸的处理和利用是解决钛白粉生产环境污染的一项重要工作,也是贯彻国家的科学发展观,走绿色循环经济、可持续发展道路的要求。利用硫酸产生的干燥尾气和钛白废酸在常温下充分接触,可将钛白废酸的酸度由20%提浓至50%。重点介绍了钛白废酸干燥的工艺过程,通过计算得到水分蒸发速率并推算了生产规模效益。结果表明:钛白废酸水分始蒸发速率为11.41公斤/小时;按28万吨/年规模,硫酸干燥尾气一天可提浓100.8吨20%左右的钛白粉厂废酸。 In the sulfuric acid method to produce titanium dioxide waste acid,7~8 tons of waste acid will be produced for each ton of titanium dioxide produced.The treatment and utilization of waste acid is an important task to solve the pollution of titanium dioxide production environment,and it is also a requirement for implementing the national scientific outlook on development and taking the road of green circular economy and sustainable development.This technology uses the dry tail gas generated by the production of sulfuric acid and titanium dioxide waste acid to fully contact at room temperature,and the acidity of titanium dioxide waste acid is concentrated from 20%to 50%.The process of waste acid drying is introduced,the water evaporation rate is calculated and the production scale efficiency is estimated.The results showed that the initial evaporation rate of titanium dioxide waste acid water was 11.41 kg/h.According to the scale of 280,000 tons/year,100.8 tons of titanium dioxide plant waste acid can be concentrated in one day.
