摘要
在我国大力推进碳中和战略实施、石化化工行业高质量发展背景下,促进具有能耗高、碳排放量大等特点的传统石化产业转型升级已经成为产业低碳高质量发展的必然要求,加速石化化工行业质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,推进我国由石化化工大国向强国迈进。本文介绍我国石化产业现状、低碳战略及可持续发展路径,以典型石化特色城市——茂名市石化产业五大提升行动的转型升级和强链补链路径为例,探析适用于其他石化特色城市的石化产业低碳发展思路。
Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the implementation of carbon neutrality strategy and high-quality development of the petrochemical and chemical industry in China,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional petrochemical industries with high energy consumption and carbon emissions has become an inevitable requirement for low-carbon and high-quality development of the industry.Accelerating the qualitative,efficiency,and dynamic changes in the petrochemical and chemical industry,and promoting China's transformation from a major petrochemical and chemical country to a strong country,has become an inevitable requirement.This article introduces the current situation,low-carbon strategy,and sustainable development path of China's petrochemical industry.Taking the transformation and upgrading of the five major upgrading actions of the petrochemical industry in Maoming City,a typical petrochemical characteristic city,as an example,the article explores low-carbon development ideas for the petrochemical industry that are applicable to other petrochemical characteristic cities.
