随着生活环境的改变,医学病谱也随之发生重大改变,心血管疾病,恶性肿瘤等疾病严重影响了人们的生活质量。微球制剂有缓释、增强疗效和减低毒性等作用,其需求呈上升趋势,有广阔的开发和应用前景。复合微球在化学应用领域成为关注热点。本文基于此,对近年来微球在药剂方面的不同载体的制备情况、生物药剂学特性、作用特点及化学应用进行了系统地综述。

With the changes in living environment,the medical spectrum has also undergone significant changes,with cardiovascular diseases,malignant tumors and other diseases seriously affecting people's quality of life.Microspheres have the effects of sustained release,enhanced efficacy,and reduced toxicity,and their demand is on the rise,with broad development and application prospects.In recent years,composite microspheres have gradually become a hot topic in the field of chemical applications.Based on this,this article provides a systematic review of the preparation,biopharmaceutical properties,functional characteristics,and chemical applications of microspheres in pharmaceutical fields in recent years.
