摘要
新疆心连心能源化工有限公司污水处理装置采用改良型SBR活性污泥法污水处理工艺,主要处理煤气化、合成氨、尿素、三聚氰胺等生产装置产生的生产废水及生活污水,并将处理合格的污水送往中水回用装置再利用。SBR污水处理工艺在不同的运行指标下,污泥活性及微生物生存状态会受到一定影响,进而导致污水处理出水水质波动,影响正常排放。本文主要分析了进水水质、水温、pH、溶解氧、污泥浓度等工艺参数的变化导致SBR污水处理工艺运行容易产生的问题,并针对性的提出控制要点及改善措施,确保污水处理工艺运行稳定,出水排放合格。
The sewage treatment unit of Xinjiang XinLianxin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.adopts an improved SBR activated sludge process for sewage treatment,mainly treating production wastewater and domestic sewage generated by production units such as coal gasification,synthetic ammonia,urea,and melamine.The qualified sewage is then sent to the reclaimed water reuse unit for reuse.Under different operating indicators,the SBR sewage treatment process can have certain impacts on sludge activity and microbial survival status,leading to fluctuations in the quality of sewage treatment effluent and affecting normal discharge.This article mainly analyzes the problems that may occur during the operation of SBR sewage treatment process due to changes in process parameters such as influent water quality,water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen,and sludge concentration,and proposes targeted control points and improvement measures to ensure stable operation of the sewage treatment process and qualified discharge of the effluent.
