摘要
采用正相高效液相色谱,选用Ultimate®SiO_(2)色谱柱,以正己烷-乙醇(体积比为85∶15)为流动相,在波长230nm条件下测定苯甲·丙环唑乳油中有效成分的分析方法。结果表明,丙环唑和苯醚甲环唑的线性相关系数均为0.9999,变异系数分别为0.068和0.079,平均回收率分别为100.05%和100.06%。本方法操作简单,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可用于产品的质量控制以及应用研究。
A quantitative analytical method for determination of propiconazole·difenoconazole EC by HPLC with the Ultimate®SiO_(2) column at UV 230 nm.The mobile phase was hexane+ethylacetate=85+15(V/V).The results shows that the linear correlation for propiconazole and difenoconazole were 0.9999 and 0.9999,the variation coefficients were 0.068 and 0.079,the average recoveries were 100.05%and 100.06%.This method is simple to operate,good separation effect,high precision and accuracy,and can be used for product quality control and application research.
