多学科融合的医用有机化学教学探讨

摘要 医用有机化学是医学类本科生一门重要的基础学科。然而由于有机化学知识体系庞大、理论性强,知识点琐碎且繁多,授课学时有限,教师为了完成教学任务采取“灌输式”授课,不能兼顾学生的学习特点和反馈情况,授课内容与实际应用存在一定的脱节,学生缺乏兴趣和主动性。这些都导致本门课程的考试成绩不佳,教学效果不够好。如何有效提升考试成绩一直是医用有机化学课程改革的目标。笔者在多年的教学工作中发现,在教学过程中通过多学科融合教学,包括引入案例突出有机化学在药学中的应用,突出有机化合物在生命活动中的重要性,将有机化学反应与药物在体内反应进行对比讨论,多学科联合授课等教学手段,能够加深对于医学生对有机化学知识点的理解,有效提升学习兴趣,提高成绩不佳和有效提升教学效果。 Medical Organic Chemistry is an important basic subject for medical undergraduates.However,due to the vast knowledge system of organic chemistry,strong theoretical nature,scattered and numerous knowledge points,limited teaching hours,and teachers'tendency to adopt a"cramming"approach to complete teaching task without taking into account students'learning characteristics and feedback,there is a certain disconnect between the teaching content and practical applications.Students lack interest and initiative,which results in poor exam performance and insufficient teaching effectiveness.How to effectively improve exam results has been the goal of the reform of organic chemistry courses in medical universities.The author has found in his many years of teaching work that integrating multiple disciplines during the teaching process,including introducing cases highlighting the application of organic chemistry in pharmacy,emphasizing the importance of organic compounds in biological activities,comparing and discussing organic chemical reactions with drug reactions in vivo,and joint teaching with multiple disciplines,can deepen medical students'understanding of organic chemistry knowledge points,effectively enhance their interest in learning,improve their exam performance and enhance teaching effectiveness.
