新工科背景下发酵工程实验教学的改革与探索

摘要 新工科建设背景下,培养具有实践创新能力的学生是高校工程教育的方向。因此为加强我校学生实践能力和创新意识,提高教学效果,我们探索对发酵工程实验课进行线上线下混合式教学改革。通过把实验项目“酒精的发酵工艺实验”作为主线,以“发酵罐原理与操作”等实验为辅助完成教学计划,其中线上教学是利用爱课程、线上慕课以及国家虚拟仿真教学平台这些网络资源,来学习实验原理和操作技术等,线下教学则是学生完成线上学习后,进入实体实验室进行实验操作。通过线上线下混合式教学改革探索,为提高发酵工程实验课程教学效果提供参考。 Under the background of new engineering construction,cultivating students with practical and innovative ability is the direction of engineering education in colleges and universities.Therefore,in order to strengthen the practical ability and innovation consciousness of students in our school,and improve the teaching effect,we explored the online and offline mixed teaching reform of fermentation engineering experiment course.The experimental project“alcohol fermentation process experiment”was used as the main line,and the“fermenter principle and operation”experiment was used as the auxiliary to complete the teaching plan,the online teaching used the Internet resources such as love courses,online MOOC and national virtual simulation teaching platform to learn the experimental principles and operation techniques,and offline teaching is that students enter the physical laboratory for experimental operation after completing the online learning.Through the exploration of online and offline mixed teaching reform,to provide reference for improving the teaching effect of fermentation engineering experiment course.
