新型抑菌剂在重污染反渗透清洗和运行中的应用

摘要 某工厂使用“超滤+反渗透”的工艺制备工艺水,并回收处理工艺废水,关键设备反渗透系统长期遭遇严重的微生物污染问题,运行过程经常出现保安过滤器和膜的快速堵塞,频繁清洗但效果不佳,耗费人力和资源,并导致回用水处理量不够,工厂的减排和生产压力越来越大。为有效解决该问题,经对进水水质、微生物污染成因深入分析研究,并对污染膜本体进行解剖分析后,并委托第三方专业机构试验验证,最终决定选用新型组合清洗剂和组合抑菌剂两种方案分别进行化学清洗和运行控制日常投加。在完成清洗并开始日常投加后,经长期跟踪,确认新型组合抑菌剂的使用能有效对反渗透膜进行清洗,并延长膜系统的运行时间,降低膜系统维护成本,缓解节水减排压力,具有一定的参考和示范价值。 A factory using ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis membrane preparation process of water,and process the wastewater,key equipment reverse osmosis long-term serious microbial breeding problems,running process often appear security filter and membrane fast blocking problems,frequent cleaning but poor effect,manpower and resources,and lead to water treatment is not enough,factory emissions and production pressure is more and more big.To effectively solve the problem,the water quality test,and the contaminated membrane body anatomy analysis,after research and entrust a third party test verification,finally using new antibacterial cleaning and operation control scheme for cleaning and daily,after long-term tracking,confirm the use of new bacteriostatic agent can effectively reverse osmosis membrane cleaning and prolong membrane system maintenance time,reduce the pressure of water saving and emission reduction,has certain reference and demonstration value..
