Failure Analysis and Preventive Measures of Safety Valves in Petrochemical Enterprises

安全阀作为一种超压保护装置,在石油化工行业的承压设备上被广泛应用,对安全生产过程起着非常重要的作用。在对石化企业安全阀日常校验和维修的过程中,我们总结出了几种典型的安全阀失效部位和失效特征。为帮助石化企业加强安全阀风险管理,促进安全生产,规避因安全阀失效而导致的安全隐患,本文通过研究石化企业安全阀的各种失效部位和特征,分析石化企业安全阀不同的失效模式和失效原因,提出了风险预防和处理措施。

As an overpressure protection device,safety valves are widely used in pressure equipment in the petrochemical industry and play a very important role in the safety production process.In the process of daily calibration and maintenance of safety valves in petrochemical enterprises,we have summarized several typical failure locations and characteristics of safety valves.In order to help petrochemical enterprises strengthen safety valve risk management,promote safety production,and avoid safety hazards caused by safety valve failure,this article studies various failure parts and characteristics of safety valves in petrochemical enterprises,analyzes different failure modes and causes of safety valves in petrochemical enterprises,and proposes risk prevention and treatment measures.
