摘要
高炉煤气具有气量大,有机硫含量高,无机硫含量少的特性,开展源头脱硫是非常必要的。研究了现有高炉煤气脱硫的主要的工艺及特点,进行了技术经济分析和安全可靠性评价,得出干法吸附脱硫技术运行成本低、环境友好,技术可靠,是比较适用高炉煤气源头处理的工艺。
The feature of blast furnace gas is large gas volume,high content of organic sulfur,low content of inorganic sulfur,it is very necessary to carry out source desulfurization.The present main technology and characteristics of desulfurization for BFG are studied and the technical economic analysis and safety reliability are carried out.It is concluded that the dry adsorption desulfurization technology is a new technology being more suitable for BFG purification with low operating cost,friendly environment and reliable technology.
