摘要
大亚湾石化园区是珠三角重要的VOCs排放源区,其排放量超过惠州市人为源VOCs的85%。2017年逐日的风速风向与邻近城市臭氧浓度关系表明,其下风向地区的臭氧超标情况并不严重,但在个别时次该石化园区可能会造成下风向城市臭氧浓度达到轻度污染水平。使用WRF-SMOKE-CAMx模型系统,模拟了2017年9~10月大亚湾石化园区关停对周边地区臭氧浓度的影响。若关停该石化园区,可令园区周边地区中午的臭氧浓度下降约10μg/m3,但对惠州与深圳市区下午的臭氧浓度影响约为3μg/m3,表明大亚湾石化园区的关停可以令其周边地区或城市臭氧浓度轻微下降。由于园区排放的VOCs等输送与生成臭氧的时间不同,不同点位臭氧浓度最大降幅出现的时刻有所差异。若要珠三角区域的臭氧实现更大幅度的浓度下降,除了要严控石化园区的排放外,还需要更多的协同控制手段。
Daya Bay Petrochemical Park is an important VOCs emission source area in the Pearl River Delta.Its emissions exceeded 85%of the total anthropogenic VOCs in Huizhou City.The relationship between daily wind speed and direction and ozone concentration in 2017 in adjacent cities showed that ozone concentration in downwind area was not serious,but in some cases,the downwind area of the petrochemical park might cause ozone concentration to reach the slight pollution level.Using WRF-SMOKE-CAMx model system,the effects of closure of Daya Bay Petrochemical Park on ozone concentration in surrounding areas were simulated from September to October 2017.If the petrochemical park was closed,the ozone concentration around the park would be reduced by about 10μg/m^(3) at noon,but the impact on the ozone concentration in the afternoon of Huizhou and Shenzhen was about 3μg/m^(3).It showed that the closure of Daya Bay Petrochemical Park could slightly reduce the ozone concentration in the surrounding areas or cities.Because the time of VOCs transport and ozone generation was different,the time of maximum ozone concentration decrease at different sites was different.In order to achieve a greater reduction in ozone concentration in the Pearl River Delta,in addition to strict control of emissions from petrochemical parks,more coordinated control measures are needed.
