摘要
印染废水排放存在水量不稳定、水中污染物浓度较高的问题,通过分析江苏某印染园区污水处理厂运营现状,采用“混凝沉淀+水解酸化+缺氧+好氧+MBR膜池+臭氧接触氧化+芬顿氧化+快滤池+消毒”组合工艺进行技术改造后,出水水质可以达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准。改造后芬顿处理单元电耗成本为0.041元/m^(3),药耗成本为1.39元/m^(3),污泥处置成本为0.13元/m^(3),其余人工费、管理费、维修费小计0.166元/m^(3),合计1.727元/m^(3)。
The discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater has the problems of unstable water quantity and high pollutant concentration.Through analyzing the operating status of a wastewater treatment plant in a printing and dyeing park in Jiangsu Province,the combined process of“coagulation precipitation+hydrolytic acidification+hypoxia+aerobic oxygen+MBR membrane pool+ozone contact oxidation+Fenton oxidation+rapid filter+disinfection”was adopted for technical transformation.The effluent quality can meet the Grade A standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002).After the transformation,the power consumption cost of Fenton treatment unit is 0.041 RMB/m^(3),the drug consumption cost is 1.39 RMB/m^(3),the sludge disposal cost is 0.13 RMB/m^(3),and the remaining labor cost,management cost and maintenance cost are 0.166 RMB/m^(3),totaling 1.727 RMB/m^(3).
