“四重奏”教学督导在中医院临床教学的探索与实践

摘要 教学督导是保障高等医学院校附属医院教学质量的重要手段。南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院通过近年的实践与探索,提出完善教学督导制度体系、队伍建设、工作内容及评价标准“四重奏”的教学督导模式,细化四个方向的“四重奏”教学督导,快速有效完善医院教学督导机制,促进医院临床教学进一步规范化、合理化,提高医院临床教学质量,为中医院临床教学及改革做出有益的探索。 Teaching supervision is an important means to ensure the quality of teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities.The Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine,through practice and exploration in recent years,the teaching supervision mode of“Quartet”is put forward to perfect the system of teaching supervision,the construction of teaching staff,the content of work and the evaluation standard,and the teaching supervision of“Quartet”in four directions is detailed,we should quickly and eff ectively improve the hospital teaching supervision mechanism,promote the further standardization and rationalization of hospital clinical teaching,and improve the quality of hospital clinical teaching.To make beneficial exploration for clinical teaching and reform in TCM Hospital.
