摘要
行星减速器作为经典传动结构,具有体积小、传动比大,传动效率高等特点,在各个领域广泛应用,传动效率是评价行星减速器性能的主要指标,也是产品设计中的关键参数,笔者通过建立传动效率数学方程,分析了不同负载、输出转速等因素对行星减速器传动效率的影响,为传动效率计算提供参考。
As a classic transmission structure,planetary reducer has the characteristics of small volume,large transmission ratio and high transmission efficiency,which is widely used in various fields.Transmission efficiency is the main index to evaluate the performance of planetary reducer,and it is also the key parameter in product design.The influence of different load,output speed and other factors on the transmission efficiency of planetary reducer is analyzed,which provides reference for the calculation of transmission efficiency.
