摘要
为进一步提升房地产项目工程质量水平,要结合工程特点和管理标准落实规范化管控方案,优化房地产项目工程综合控制效果,减少隐患问题留存造成的经济损失,共同打造多元健康的房地产项目工程,促进经济效益和社会效益和谐统一。笔者简要介绍了房地产项目工程质量管理的内涵和特征,并着重分析了工程管理的具体内容,最后结合案例对具体实施方案展开讨论。
In order to further improve the quality level of real estate projects,it is necessary to implement standardized control schemes based on engineering characteristics and management standards,optimize the comprehensive control effect of real estate projects,reduce the economic losses caused by hidden problems,jointly create a diversified and healthy real estate projects,and promote the harmony and unity of economic and social benefits.The author briefly introduces the connotation and characteristics of real estate project quality management,and emphatically analyzes the concrete content of project management,and finally discusses the concrete implementation plan based on the case study.
