摘要
“葡萄酒工程学”是葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业一门工程性与实践性较强的专业课程,学生工程设计能力的培养是该课程教学的重要目标之一。任务驱动式教学模式适合本课程的教学特点,倡导学生自主式、探究式学习,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学习效率。实践表明,任务驱动式教学在本课程教学模式的探索中获得成功的案例,也达到了培养学生实践能力和创新能力的预期效果。
"Wine Engineering"is an engineering and practical professional course of grape and wine engineering major.The cultivation of students'engineering design ability is one of the important objectives of this course teaching.The task-driven teaching mode is suitable for the teaching characteristics of this course,and advocates students'independent and inquiry learning,which is conducive to stimulating students'interest in learning and improving students'learning efficiency.The practice shows that the successful cases of task-driven teaching in the exploration of the teaching mode of this course have also achieved the expected effect of cultivating students'practical ability and innovation ability.
