基于铝镓氮深紫外光电技术的智能消毒装备研发与验证评价

摘要 目的:研制基于铝镓氮(AlGaN)深紫外光电技术的智能消毒装备,以实现消毒装备无汞、非接触、无残留、无污染和高效快速地完成物体表面消毒。方法:通过制作AlGaN高质量外延和全无机方式封装芯片,研发深紫外发光二极管(LED)和消毒模块。使用消毒模块、光学模组、电控模块结合人工智能(AI)技术研制智能消毒装备。结果:研制的智能高精度消毒机器人和手持消毒机等智能消毒装备以非接触、无残留和无污染的方式运行。输出可控C波段紫外线,输出中心波长275.1 nm、辐射强度18750μW/cm^(2)(标准工作距离)的紫外线。通过第三方机构对智能消毒装备进行测试,可实现在5 s内对新型冠状病毒等病原微生物灭活,灭活率为99.99%。研制的智能消毒装备为北京冬奥会、首都机场和医院等场所提供了可靠的智能消毒保障。结论:基于AlGaN深紫外光电技术的智能消毒装备无汞,以非接触、无残留、无污染和高效的方式,有效杀灭物体表面的病原微生物,能够完成各种环境的物体表面消毒。 Objective:To research and develop intelligent disinfection equipment based on aluminium gallium nitride(AlGaN)deep ultraviolet(DUV)photoelectric technique,so as to realize the equipment did not contain mercury,and the surface of equipment was disinfected as non-contact,non-residue,non-pollution,high efficient and fast speed mode.Methods:The DUV light emitting diode(LED)and disinfection module were made through made AlGaN high quality epitaxy and whole inorganic mode to package chip.The disinfection module,the photoelectric modules and electronic control module combined with artificial intelligence technique were used to research and develop intelligent disinfection equipment.Results:This research developed a series of intelligent disinfection equipment included intelligent disinfection robots with high-precision and handheld disinfection machine,which ran as non-contact,residue free and pollution free mode,and which output C band ultraviolet,and which center wavelength of output was 275.1nm,and which radiation intensity of ultraviolet was 18750μW/cm^(2)(standard work distance).The tested results of the third-party agency indicated that the pathogenic microorganism included Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)could be inactivated within 5 seconds,and the inactivation rate was 99.99%.The researched and developed intelligent disinfection equipment has provided reliable intelligent disinfection guarantee for many public places such as Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022,Beijing Capital International Airport and hospitals.Conclusion:Intelligent disinfection equipment based on AlGaN DUV photoelectric technique does not have mercury,which can effectively sterilize the pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of objects by using non-contact,non-residue,non-pollution and efficient mode.It can complete the disinfection on the surface of objects in various environment.
