摘要 设计一种密闭空间快速复用过氧化氢消毒仪,使过氧化氢消毒仪达到理想的消毒效果,以实现密闭空间快速复用。在固定喷雾流量下加药量分别为7 g/m^(3)、8 g/m^(3)、9 g/m^(3)和10 g/m^(3),在不同加药量下进行离心汽化灭菌均匀性测试,加药量在9 g/m^(3)下空间内过氧化氢浓度达到最大,消毒效果最佳。在高速离心汽化装置转速分别为30 000 r/min、40 000 r/min和50 000 r/min和离心盘与液腔下室之间间隙为0.1 mm和0.2 mm的研究中,转速为40 000 r/min、间隙为0.2 mm的过氧化氢汽化效果最佳。研制的无菌酶制剂分解残余与自然降解方式和二氧化锰分解方式进行对比显示,无菌酶制剂分解残余速度具有明显优势。设计的密闭空间快速复用过氧化氢消毒仪能够用于各种密闭空间的消毒,对于完成密闭空间快速复用具有重要意义。 A hydrogen peroxide sterilizer was designed by studying the sterilization uniformity,centrifugal vaporization device and aseptic enzyme preparation of the hydrogen peroxide sterilizer,to achieve the ideal disinfection effect and realize rapid reuse in confined space.The uniformity of centrifugal vaporization sterilization was tested with different dosage of 7 g/m^(3),8 g/m^(3),9 g/m^(3) and 10 g/m^(3) under the fixed spray flow rate.The concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the space reached the maximum under the dosage of 9 g/m^(3),and the disinfection effect was the best.The research on the high-speed centrifugal vaporization device with different rotating speeds of 30,000 r/m,40,000 r/m and 50,000 r/m and the research on the different clearances of 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm between the centrifugal disk and the lower chamber of the liquid chamber,the hydrogen peroxide vaporization effect was the best under the high-speed centrifugal vaporization device with a rotating speed of 40,000 r/m and a clearance of 0.2 mm between the centrifugal disk and the lower chamber of the liquid chamber.The aseptic enzyme was developed to decompose the residues.Compared with natural degradation mode and manganese dioxide decomposition mode,the decomposition residue speed of aseptic enzyme preparation had obvious advantages.The designed hydrogen peroxide disinfection instrument can be used for disinfection of various confined spaces,and can be reused quickly,which has practical significance.
