基于和声遗传算法的铝件铸造线布局优化研究

摘要 针对铝件铸造车间物流成本较高的问题,提出了基于和声遗传算法的物流成本最小化布局优化方法。首先,确定布局优化物流成本最小化目标函数。其次,对铸造车间搬运频率及不同单元的搬运单价进行统计。然后,使用遗传算法找出目标函数的次优初始种群,再使用和声算法在次优种群的基础上经过规定次数的迭代输出最美和声结果。最后,通过优化前后对比验证该方案的有效性。结果表明,通过该方法能有效降低汽车转向节铸造车间搬运成本,同时为同类企业提供布局优化参考方案。 Aiming at the problem of high logistics cost in aluminum casting workshop,a logistics cost minimization layout optimization method based on harmony genetic algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the objective function of logistics cost minimization for layout optimization is determined.Secondly,the transport frequency of the foundry and the unit price of different units were counted.Then,genetic algorithm is used to find out the suboptimal initial population of the objective function,and harmonic algorithm is used to output the most beautiful harmonic result after a specified number of iterations on the basis of the suboptimal population.Finally,the effectiveness of the scheme is verified by comparing before and after optimization.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the handling cost of automobile steering knuckle casting workshop,and provide a reference scheme for layout optimization for similar enterprises.
