摘要
铸造铝合金微弧氧化形膜工艺是一种常用的表面处理技术,其能够在铝合金表面形成一层坚硬、致密且具有良好耐磨性能的氧化膜,在航空、汽车和建筑等领域得到广泛应用。然而,铝合金的表面易受到腐蚀和磨损的影响,降低了其使用寿命和性能。文章主要对铸造铝合金微弧氧化形膜工艺及其形成的氧化膜的耐磨性能进行了分析。
The micro arc oxidation film forming process for casting aluminum alloy is a commonly used surface treatment technology,which can form a hard,dense,and well wear-resistant oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy,and is widely used in aviation,automotive,and construction fields.However,the surface of aluminum alloys is susceptible to corrosion and wear,which reduces their service life and performance.The article mainly analyzes the micro arc oxidation forming process of cast aluminum alloy and the wear resistance of the formed oxide film.
