热电联产用户电房过流保护整定

摘要 随着配网自动化和智能电网的普及,配网增加了大量继电保护,电力管理部门要求执行防止拒动等反事故措施规定,用户端保护的电流和时间值受到很大压缩,加上新能源电源和中小型发电机组的接入,这些因素极大增加了保护整定的难度。为了更优地完成这项工作,文章以热电联产用户电房整定为切入点,结合供电局侧定值整定进行分析,为日后同类型的情况提供参考。 With the popularization of distribution network automation and smart grids,a large number of relay protection measures have been added to the distribution network.The power management department requires the implementation of anti accident measures such as preventing non operation,which greatly compresses the current and time values of user protection.In addition,the connection of new energy sources and small and medium-sized generator sets greatly increases the difficulty of protection setting.In order to better complete this work,this article takes the setting of electricity rooms for cogeneration users as the starting point,and discusses the setting of values on the power supply bureau side,providing reference for similar situations in the future,aiming to protect the interests of enterprises.Therefore,anonymity is adopted.
