摘要
针对矿用铰接式卡车火灾,提出选用热释离子探测器、红紫外复合探测和光纤探测器3种方式探测火灾。对3种探测器的选用原因进行详细阐述,对传感器的观测数据进行融合处理,将红紫外、热释离子和光纤的特征向量抽取融合,形成探测系统的算法。参照瑞典SP5320《重型车辆机舱火灾探测系统试验方法》搭建试验平台,经过现场测试,设计的矿用铰接式卡车火灾探测系统在不同工况下,15s内均能发出警报,远超规范2min的要求,效果良好。
In this paper,aiming at fires in mine articulated trucks,three methods are proposed to detect fires:pyron detectors,red-ultraviolet composite detectors and optical fiber detectors.The reasons for the selection of the three detectors are explained in detail,by fusing the observation data of the sensors,integrating the feature vector extraction of red-ultraviolet,pyron and optical fiber,the algorithm of the detection system is formed.Refer to Sweden SP5320"Test Method for Engine Room Fire Detection System of Heavy Vehicles"build a test platform,through field testing,the designed mine articulated truck fire detection system under different working conditions,an alarm can be issued within 15s,far exceeding the standard requirement of 2 minutes,the effect is good.
