本文在介绍网络百科的特点,与传统百科相比的优势的基础上,简要分析海关稽查的思路——标准化作业表的现状,分析用网络百科模式构建稽查标准化作业表的可行性,详细描述借鉴网络百科思路,采用“乐高式”搭建的海关稽查标准化作业表及其网络平台的设计方案。

This paper introduces the characteristics of network encyclopedia and its advantages over traditional encyclopedia.This paper introduces the thinking of customs inspection--the present situation of standardized operation table.This paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing the standardized operation table for auditing by using the web encyclopedia model.This paper describes in detail the design scheme of the standardized operation table of customs inspection and its network platform,which is built with"LEGO style"based on the idea of Internet encyclopedia.
