航空项目管理与PDM系统集成方法研究

信息化普及后,我国逐渐将信息化作为战略发展目标,航空项目也开始在管理环节融入信息化技术。为了从根本上做好项目管理工作,应利用PDM系统开展管理工作,通过系统集成项目信息,为项目质量提供保障。基于此,首先阐明航空项目管理与PDM集成的重要性,其次分析项目管理与PDM系统集成的流程,最后提出集成后的整体架构与实例应用,以供相关人员参考。

Since the popularization of information technology,China has gradually taken information technology as a strategic development goal,and aviation projects have also begun to integrate information technology into the management process.In order to do a good job in project management fundamentally,PDM system should be used to carry out management work,and project information should be integrated through the system to ensure project quality.Based on this,this article first clarifies the importance of integrating aviation project management and PDM,then analyzes the process of integrating project management and PDM systems,and finally proposes the overall architecture and example application after integration for reference.
