某涡喷发动机喷口对其工作稳定性影响的研究

摘要 航空发动机尾喷管是发动机能量转化的重要部件,本文介绍某型涡喷发动机喷口的组成、工作原理、喷口常见故障,分析发动机喷口发生变化的原因,研究发动机喷口尺寸与收放速度对发动机N1、N2、T4、FN等参数和稳定性的影响。经分析发现,发动机喷口尺寸与收放速度对发动机稳定性与可靠性影响较大,在飞机工作中要综合匹配调整发动机各参数、正确操纵油门,才能保证飞行安全。研究结论对其他类型涡喷发动机的调试、维护和飞行安全有一定借鉴作用。 The exhaust nozzle of aero turbojet engine is an important component of aero engine energy conversion.This paper introduces the composition,working principle and common failures of the nozzle of a certain type of turbojet engine,and analyzes the reasons for the change of the engine’nozzle.The paper studies the effect of the engine nozzle size and the retracting speed on engine parameters,such as N1,N2,T4,FN and stability,it gets the conclusion thatthe size of the engine nozzle and the retracting speed have a great influence on the stability and reliability of the engine.In order to ensure the safety of flight,it is necessary to integrated match the engine parameters and control the throttle correctly in the aircraft work.This method has a certain reference for the debugging,maintenance and flight safety of other types of turbojet engines.
