摘要
低烟无卤电缆护套是由一种或数种聚烯烃材料为基体树脂交联而成,用红外分析、热分析等手段对工厂提供的无卤电缆护套材料进行分析,描述样品处理方法,并对样品的红外谱图及热分析谱图进行解析,获得一些较为有用的结构信息。经实践检验,该分析方法简便、可靠,可用于低烟无卤电缆护套材料的鉴别及质量控制。
The low-smoke halogen-free cable sheath is cross-linked with one or several polyolefin materials as the matrix resin,in this paper,infrared analysis,thermal analysis and other means are used to analyze the halogen-free cable sheath materials provided by the factory,the sample handling method is described,and analyze the infrared spectrum and thermal analysis spectrum of the sample,get some useful structural information.The analysis method is simple and reliable,and can be used for the identification and quality control of low-smoke and halogen-free cable sheath materials.
