选煤厂粗精煤分选高效回收系统研究

摘要 针对选煤厂原有粗精煤泥分选系统问题,采用分选精度更高的FBS2400干扰床分选机,降低精煤和尾煤产品中的错配率,提高精煤产率。为有效脱出粗煤泥精煤中的高灰细泥含量,对FBS的入料先经过一次预脱泥,再进入FBS干扰床分选机分选,对分选后的精矿进行二次强化脱泥,更新脱泥设备,优化脱泥工艺,强化精煤泥中高灰细泥的脱出效果。改造后大幅度提高了粗煤泥分选精度,有效降低了粗精煤泥的灰分,保证了精煤质量,提高了精煤产率,提高了原煤处理量,提高了主洗重介系统分选效率,降低了介耗,经济效益显著。 Aiming at the problem of the original coarse and clean coal slime separation system in the coal preparation plant,the FBS2400 interference bed separator with higher separation accuracy is adopted to reduce the mismatch rate in the clean coal and tail coal products,thus improving the clean coal yield.In order to effectively remove the high ash and fine mud content in the coarse slime clean coal,the feed of the FBS is first pre-deslimed and then enters the FBS interference bed separator for separation.The separated concentrate is subject to secondary enhanced desliming,the desliming equipment is updated,the desliming process is optimized,and the removal effect of the high ash and fine mud in the clean coal slime is enhanced.After the transformation,the separation accuracy of coarse slime has been greatly improved,the ash content of coarse and fine slime has been effectively reduced,the quality of clean coal has been guaranteed,the yield of clean coal has been improved,the raw coal processing capacity has been increased,the separation efficiency of the main washing heavy medium system has been improved,the medium consumption has been reduced,and the economic benefits are significant.
