摘要
新型电力系统形势下,火电企业面临负荷率逐渐降低、盈利空间被压缩的生存困境。为了突破困境,火电企业多措施并举,以降低成本、提高效益,包括推进火电机组“三改联动”,提高火电机组参与电网辅助服务调节质量;统筹发电与供热之间的平衡,降低电网两个细则考核费用;降低电厂生产生活开支,进行精细化管理,切实有效实现火电生产过程的节流,提高火电企业的生存能力;合理的奖惩、完善的评价制度有利于刺激生产与管理人员更好落实精细化管理,实现电力生产开源节流。
Under the situation of new power system,thermal power enterprises are faced with the survival dilemma that the load rate is gradually reduced and the profit space is compressed.In order to break through the dilemma,thermal power enterprises take many measures at the same time to reduce costs and improve benefits,including promoting the"three reform linkage"of thermal power units to improve the quality of thermal power units to participate in the auxiliary service regulation of the power grid;Coordinate the balance between power generation and heating to reduce the assessment cost of two detailed rules of the grid;Reduce the production and living expenses of power plants,realize the throttling of thermal power production process effectively through fine management,and improve the survival ability of thermal power enterprises;From the perspective of personnel quality and management,reasonable reward and punishment and evaluation system is conducive to stimulating production and management personnel to better implement fine management and realize open source and throttling power production.
