对比分析视角下兵团第一师经济高质量发展研究

Study on the High Quality Economic Development of the First Division of the Corpsfrom the Perspective of Comparative Analysis

贯彻新发展理念是新时代我国发展壮大的必由之路。新发展理念不仅集中反映了我党对经济社会发展规律认识的深化,而且具有鲜明问题的导向特征。因此,以坚持问题为导向,认真研究分析第一师阿拉尔市(简称“一师”)在“十三五”时期的经济发展状况,选取七个经济指标与第六师五家渠市(简称“六师”)、第八师石河子市(简称“八师”)两个经济强师进行对比分析研究,从中找出制约一师经济发展的“七个短板”问题,以新发展理念为科学指引,提出相对应的五大对策建议,为加快推动一师经济高质量发展提供借鉴参考。

Implementing the new development concept is the only way for China’s development and growth in the new era.The new development concept not only reflects the deepening of our party's understanding of the laws of economic and social development,but also has distinct problem oriented characteristics.Therefore,guided by adhering to issues,we carefully study and analyze the economic development status of the First Division Alar City(referred to as the“First Division”)during the 13th Five Year Plan period,select seven economic indicators and compare them with the two strong economic divisions of the Sixth Division Wujiaqu City(referred to as the“Sixth Division”)and the Eighth Division Shihezi City(referred to as the“Eighth Division”),and identify the“seven shortcomings”that constrain the economic development of the First Division,Taking the new development concept as scientific guidance,propose five corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,providing reference for accelerating the high-quality development of the First Division economy.
