不同配合比对UHPC早期性能的影响

摘要 为了研究不同配合比对UHPC早期性能的影响,使用水胶比、砂胶比、钢纤维掺量三种不同影响因素、共计15组配合比对UHPC的早期性能进行试验研究分析。试验结果显示:水胶比的增大能够有效改善UHPC的流动性,但会导致其早期抗压、抗折强度降低;砂胶比的增大会使UHPC的流动性减弱,适量增大砂胶比能够提高UHPC的早期抗压、抗折强度;钢纤维的掺入能够有效提高UHPC的早期抗压、抗折强度,对提高抗折强度尤为显著,但过量的钢纤维掺量会严重影响UHPC的流动性。试验可为以后设计施工配合比提供一些参考。 In order to study the influence of different mixture ratio on the early performance of UHPC,three different factors,such as water-binder ratio,sand-binder ratio and steel fiber content,were studied in this paper,the early performance of UHPC was studied and analyzed with a total of 15 kinds of mixture.The results show that the increase of water-binder ratio can effectively improve the fluidity of UHPC,but it will lead to the decrease of its early compressive strength and flexural strength,and the increase of sand-binder ratio will reduce the fluidity of UHPC,the early compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPC can be improved by increasing the sand-binder ratio,and the early compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPC can be improved by adding steel fiber,especially by adding steel fiber,but excessive steel fiber content will seriously affect the fluidity of UHPC.The results can provide some references for future in the design of construction mix ratio.
