摘要 针对研发的大功率集成式内转子永磁滚筒,为解决其内置大功率行星机构在有限安装空间内的散热问题,设计了一种内置蛇形盘管冷却方式,精确计算了行星机构的功率损失及散热量,确定了水冷装置的基本参数。样机试制完成后对其进行温升试验,各项试验结果均满足标准要求。从而验证了该行星机构冷却方式及散热计算方法的可行性。 In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of the high-power integrated inner rotor permanent magnet drum developed in limited installation space,a built-in serpentine coil cooling method was designed.The power loss and heat dissipation of the planetary mechanism were accurately calculated,and the basic parameters of the water cooling device were determined.After the prototype trial production was completed,a temperature rise test was conducted on it,and all test results met the standard requirements.Thus,the feasibility of the cooling method and heat dissipation calculation method of the planetary mechanism was verified.
