RPH联合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔30例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of RPH in Combination with External Hemorrhoidectomy in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨RPH联合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的疗效及安全性。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年1月,本院收治的60例环状混合痔患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用RPH联合外痔切除术治疗,对照组采用TST联合外痔切除术治疗。观察比较2组疗效及术后并发症等情况。结果:2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和肛门坠胀方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RPH联合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔安全有效,操作简单,术后并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of RPH in combination with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 60 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with RPH in combination with external hemorrhoidectomy,while the control group was treated with TST in combination with external hemorrhoidectomy.The efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and comparedR.esultsTThere was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),but the observation group was better than the control group in terms of operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and anal distention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.O5).Conclusion RPH in combination with external hemorrhoidectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,with simple operation and low incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
