TST联合聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗环状混合痔30例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of TST in Combination with Polidocanol Foam Sclersing Agent in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除术(TST)联合聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗环状混合痔的效果。方法:选择2022年2~9月,本院治疗的60例环状混合痔患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用TST联合聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗,对照组采用改进分段外剥内扎术治疗。比较2组术后疼痛、水肿及疗效等。结果:观察组在术后疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿、排尿障碍、肛门狭窄、皮赘残留及创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后14d,2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TST联合聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗环状混合痔疗效确切,能降低术后疼痛、水肿及肛门狭窄等并发症情况,创面愈合快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of tissue selecting therapystapler(TST)in combination with polidocanol foam sclersing agent injection in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From February to September 2022,total 60 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with TST in combination with polidocanol foam sclersing agent injection,while the control group was treated with improved segmental external stripping and internal ligation.The postoperative pain,edema and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was better than the control group in terms of postoperative pain,bleeding,anal edema,urination disorder,anal stenosis,residual skin marks and wound healing time(P<0.05).Fourteen days after operation,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TST in combination with polidocanol foam sclersing agent injection is effective in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,which can reduce postoperative pain,edema,anal stenosis and other complications,and achieve rapid wound healing,which is worthy of clinical application.
