激光坐浴对痔切除术后快速康复的效果观察

Effect Observation of Laser Sitz Bath on the Rapid Rehabilitation after Hemorrhoidectomy

目的:探讨激光坐浴用于痔切除术后的疗效。方法:选取2022年6~11月,86例本院行痔切术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组使用激光坐浴机配合本院痔疮洗液坐浴治疗,对照组仅使用痔疮洗液坐浴治疗。对比2组术后疼痛、水肿、出血及肉芽组织生长情况。结果:治疗1个疗程后,观察组术后疼痛和水肿情况轻于对照组,创面肉芽组织生长情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后出血情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:激光坐浴能快速减轻传统痔切除术后疼痛及水肿状况,促进创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laser sitz bath on hemorrhoidectomy.Methods From June to November 2022,total 86 patients undergoing hemorrhoidectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with laser sitz bath machine in combination with Zhichuang Lotion sitz bath in our hospital,while the control group was treated with simply Zhichuang Lotion sitz bath.The postoperative pain,edema,bleeding and granulation tissue growth were compared between the two groups.Results After one course of treatment,the postoperative pain and edema in the observation group were lighter than those in the control group,and the growth of wound granulation tissue was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laser sitz bath can quickly reduce the pain and edema after traditional hemorrhoidectomy,and promote wound healing,which is worthy of clinical application.
