高校劳动教育实施的现状问题及对策研究

开展劳动教育是我国高校的光荣传统,也是新时代培养高素质社会主义事业建设者和接班人的迫切需要。近年来,高校普遍加强了对劳动教育的组织管理,在教育实践中积累了一些好的经验和做法。但是现阶段高校劳动教育还是存在着重视程度不足;对劳动教育本质含义的认识存在偏差;劳动教育与德育、思政、专业教育、学生生活管理等严重脱节;家校协同式的劳动教育模式没有充分构建等问题。为了充分发挥劳动教育应有的功能和作用,高校应当切实采取有效措施解决这些问题。

Carrying out labor education is a glorious tradition of Chinese colleges and universities,and also an urgent need of training high-quality socialist builders and successors in the new era.In recent years,colleges and universities have generally strengthened the organization and management of labor education and accumulated some good experience and practices in educational practice.But there is still insufficient attention to labor education in colleges and universities at the present stage.The understanding of the essential meaning of labor education is wrong;labor education is seriously disconnected from moral education,ideological and political education,professional education and student life management.The home-school cooperative labor education model is not fully constructed and other problems.In order to give full play to the function of labor education,colleges and universities should take effective measures to solve these problems.
