大学生法治意识提升教育的新路径

A New Path to Enhance the Legal Awareness of College Students in Education

“党的二十大报告”首次把法治建设作为专章论断和部署,法治是建设中国式现代化的最强音。如何在后疫情时代建设中国特色社会主义现代化的法治国家,离不开全民的努力。大学生作为中国特色社会主义法治国家的建设者、见证者,其法治意识的高低不容忽视。但是,目前不少大学生法律知识欠缺、法治意识淡薄、法治思维不强,究其根源在于法治教育理念落后、法治教育方式陈旧等诸多问题,要解决这些问题,就必须进行教育教学改革,更新教育理念、创新教育方法、丰富法治教育课程、提高教师专业化水平、健全法治教育评估机制等,从而提升大学生法治意识。

The Report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)for the first time took the construction of the rule of law as a special chapter of judgment and deployment.The rule of law is the strongest voice in building Chinese path to modernization.How to build a modern rule of law country with socialism with Chinese characteristics in the post epidemic era is inseparable from the efforts of the whole people.As the builders and witnesses of the socialism with Chinese characteristics country ruled by law,college students'awareness of the rule of law cannot be ignored.However,at present,many college students are lack of legal knowledge,weak awareness of the rule of law,and weak thinking of the rule of law.The root of these problems lies in the backwardness of the concept of rule of law education,the outdated way of rule of law education,and many other problems.To solve these problems,we must carry out educational reform,update educational ideas,innovate educational methods,enrich the curriculum of rule of law education,improve the professional level of teachers,and improve the educational assessment mechanism of the rule of law,to enhance the legal awareness of college students..
