高职院校学生职业精神的培养策略研究

各行各业的发展,都需要其从业者具有正确的职业精神。每个行业的人才招揽需求,也都以人才是否具有职业精神为主。那么高职院校作为培养职业人才的专业场所,就更要重视对学生职业精神的培育。但当前高职院校学生职业价值观普遍存在功利性过强的问题,对职业缺乏维护心理,且缺少职业关键能力的发展意识。对此,建议高职院校从优化校内育人环境、强化教师思想引领、开展职业精神实践培育和新媒体育人这四个维度,全面开展对学生职业精神的有效培育,为提升学生职业竞争力和优化高职院校育人竞争力作出突出贡献。

The development of all walks of life requires its practitioners to have the correct professionalism.The demand for talent recruitment in each industry is also based on whether the talents have professional spirit.As a professional place for cultivating professional talents,higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the cultivation of students'professionalism.However,at present,the vocational values of students in higher vocational colleges are generally utilitarian,lack of maintenance psychology for the profession,and lack of awareness of the development of key vocational abilities.In this regard,it is suggested that higher vocational colleges should comprehensively carry out effective cultivation of students'professionalism from the four dimensions of optimizing the education environment in the school,strengthening the ideological guidance of teachers,carrying out professional spirit practice cultivation and educating people with new media,and make outstanding contributions to improving students'professional competitiveness and optimizing the education competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
