现代学徒制背景下校企协同育人机制研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 国家重大战略的提出改变了传统行业的产业结构及用人模式,为了适应产业结构调整对人才需求的变化,研究了基于现代学徒制的校企协同育人机制。首先从内在动力机制、外在动力机制阐述了现代学徒培养、校企联合育人机制的构建。其次对其机制的运行模式进行了探讨,研究了由政府主导地位、行业指导监管、校企协同育人、学生积极参与,政校行企“四位一体”共同参与的新型育人机制和人才培养模式。最后结合专业建设情况,对专业实践案例进行分析,阐述校企协同育人过程。 The proposal of the national major strategy has changed the industrial structure and employment mode of traditional industries.In order to adapt to the changes in talent demand of emerging industries,the mechanism of modern apprenticeship training and joint education between schools and enterprises has been studied.Firstly,it expounds the construction of modern apprenticeship training and school enterprise joint education mechanism from the internal and external power mechanisms.Secondly,it discusses the operation mode of its mechanism,and studies the new education mechanism and talent training mode,which are dominated by the government,guided and supervised by the industry,coordinated education between schools and enterprises,active participation of students,and the"four in one"participation of government,schools and enterprises.Finally,combined with the professional construction,the paper analyzes the professional practice cases and expounds the process of modern apprenticeship training and school enterprise joint education.
