促进地方高校与航空产业企业协同发展是职业教育人才培养的重要因素。将镇江高校与区域经济紧紧联系在一起,不仅促进高校自身改革和发展壮大,同时也是高校服务于区域社会经济的突破口。高校专业建设、人才培养与航空产业链二者之间存在着相互依赖、相辅相成的密切关系。本文以镇江航空产业与地方高校协同发展为出发点,以提高专业建设与产业链高质量融合作为切入点,探讨促进镇江高校与航空产业链深度融合路径,对镇江航空产业发展具有重要意义。

Promoting the coordinated development of local universities and aviation industry enterprises is an important factor in vocational education personnel training.Linking Zhenjiang colleges and universities closely with the regional economy not only promotes the reform and development of colleges and universities themselves,but also serves as a breakthrough for colleges and universities to serve the regional social economy.There is a close relationship between the professional construction of colleges and universities,talent training and the aviation industry chain.Taking the coordinated development of Zhenjiang aviation industry and local colleges and universities as the starting point,and taking the improvement of professional construction and high-quality integration of industry chain as the starting point,this paper discusses the path to promote the in-depth integration of Zhenjiang colleges and universities and aviation industry chain,which is of great significance to the development of Zhenjiang aviation industry.
