摘要
本文基于智慧停车系统产生碳减排效益的技术原理,借鉴国内外城市交通碳排放评估方法和碳排放因子经验,确定机动车的碳排放因子、停车巡位系数等关键参数,利用智慧停车大数据,首次提出智慧停车系统的碳减排效益评估方法。最后,以株洲智慧停车系统第一期项目为例,收集和分析相关数据,开展案例实证,计算出该项目产生的碳减排效益和碳排放强度。研究表明,第一期项目的17个路段在智慧停车系统投入使用后,实现碳减排效益为265.08吨/年,按照每棵树可吸收18.3kgCO_(2)/年计算,其碳排放量相当于种了1.45万棵树,基于所有停放数量计算得出,其碳排放强度为119.14g/车次。
Firstly,based on the characteristics of motor vehicle parking activities before and after the implementation of smart parking system and its relationship with carbon emissions,the technical principle of implementing smart parking system to generate carbon emission reduction benefits is proposed.Then,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign urban traffic carbon emission assessment methods and carbon emission factor experience,determine the carbon emission factor,parking patrol coefficient and other key parameters of vehicles in the parking lot,and use the big data of smart parking to propose the carbon emission reduction benefit assessment method after the smart parking system is put into use in the parking lot.Finally,take the Zhuzhou Smart Parking System Phase I project as an example,collect and analyze relevant data,carry out case studies,and calculate the carbon emission reduction benefits and carbon emission intensity generated by the project.The research shows that after the smart parking system is put into use in 17 sections of the first phase of the project,the carbon emission reduction benefit will be 265.08 t/year.According to the calculation that each tree can absorb 18.3kg CO_(2)/year,its carbon emission is equivalent to planting 14500 trees,and its carbon emission intensity is 119.14g/vehicle.
