摘要
本文通过对河西走廊西端大风大温差环境特征的调查分析,基于“风速”与“温差”两个要素,提出了沥青路面大风大温差环境区划指标,以及大风大温差环境下热拌沥青混合料运料车、胶轮压路机及摊铺机布料器、受料斗保温措施;实践表明利用全幅摊铺、初压及复压施工区两侧设置的一种柔性挡风保温屏障,可有效减少作业区域因风带走的温度损失,降低了摊铺层表面与表内温差,提高内部温度5℃以上。
Following an investigation and analysis of the environmental conditions characterized by high wind and large temperature difference in the western region of Hexi Corridor,and based on the two factors of"wind speed"and"temperature difference",the zoning indicators of asphalt pavement under environment exposed to high wind and large temperature difference were put forward.Beyond that,the thermal insulation measures for hot-mix asphalt-aggregate material transfer vehicle,rubber-tyred roller,paver distributor and receiving hopper were proposed.As to a flexible wind insulation barrier arranged on both sides of the construction section by the use of full paving,initial pressing and re-pressing,the practice shows that it can effectively reduce the temperature loss due to wind in the working area,reduce the temperature difference between the surface and the interior of the paving layer,and increase the internal temperature by more than 5℃.
